
		ONW, Inc started as a direct office of Remington Rand (who introduced the first filing cabinet at the Chicago World Fair circa 1883). Our founder, Nick Hanson, began as a service tech in 1971. After working his way through every facet of the business, Nick brought what is now ONW, Inc. under local ownership. As owner, he has built an organization dedicated to service. Nick believes in providing the finest possible products, as our customers depend on it.
	Onw, Inc. draws from many resources. Independently, we have researched a wide variety of products and have aligned ourselves with what we feel to be the best for our customers. As a member of the ISDA (International Systems Dealer Association), we draw from the combined resources of over 150 dealers nationwide. We inspect every system when it reaches our warehouse and then our factory trained service department. After installation, training and follow up is performed by our sales and service departments. Additional follow up is performed by our service department every 3 to 6 months. In the past 26 years, our service department has installed numerous systems including: Vertical lifts Vertical carousels Moveable aisle systems Mezzanines Large shelving projects (20 sections and over) Shredders Workstations We also perform maintenance and repair all of the above systems. In addition, we repair many makes and models of office machines such as folders, strappers, slitters, shredders, and many more.
